Like the wild fire of October 8, 1871, Peshtigo's economic opportunities are rapidly spreading, thanks
to the success of the Industrial Park, which is home to some of Northeast Wisconsin's most successful businesses,
and a strong and diverse local infrastructure. Aggressive financing and support programs, and a renowned
local workforce play a key role in the continuing growth of this area.
PESHTIGO INDUSTRIAL PARK
Peshtigo's main industrial park is located within a T.I.F. District. This park, owned and developed by the
City of Peshtigo, consists of 240 acres fronting on U.S. Highway 41 and on the northeast city limits.
Sewer, water, and paved streets are furnished. Three phase electricity and natural gas are already
installed. Peshtigo has two revolving loan funds at very reasonable rates to help qualifying businesses
start or expand within the City of Peshtigo.
